HighQ - Sent for Signature - Better management for signers

Feature Request:
HighQ should allow better individual management of the users/emails/accounts being sent for signature.
- Allow to revoke/remind on an individual basis & be more clear about what revoke/remind do
- Be able to edit/change the emails addresses in case of issues

We have had some notable issues when sending contracts for signatures:
1) We had a technical/glitch where we ended up with 2 distinct instances of sent for signature. We sent a document for signature and it went/emailed users but didn't display in HighQ as sent. A 2nd attempt to send was sent and that too went/emailed. But now there are 2 separate instances of this and users received 2 emails. SignerA and SignerB signed from the different instances/emails, they both signed, but HighQ shows both instances of not being fully signed (SignerA signed from the 1st email & SignerB signed from the 2nd email).

2) HighQ had issues with emails with angle bracket (that often come with Outlook) and we had errors.

3) We had issues with a wrong email when sending for signature. We have no way to edit the email. Some users have signed, but we can only revoke for everyone and resend. Ideal if we can revoke/edit the wrong email.
