I am trying to upload/embed a video into the home page.  It is an MP4.  I have saved it on the system files library to get a HighQ URL but when I try to add it to the home page, HighQ states it cannot retrieve it.  

I have tried using the add image which will only download the video for the user to open externally, embed media and embed media from external sites without success.

I would be grateful for any troubleshooting tips.
