  • I am a Thomson Reuters customer, but I don’t see any of the private communities.

Access to the private community is a perk of your Thomson Reuters’ subscription. Please contact the Community Manager and include which products you subscribe to, along with your firm ID, if applicable, to gain access.

  • I didn’t receive the email confirmation.

Confirming your email is a required step, so this will prevent you from gaining full access to the communities. Please check your Spam/Junk folder to make sure that the email confirmation did not end up there. If it is not there, reach out to our Community Manager for assistance.

  • I’d like to learn more about how to get the most out of communities.
