E-signed 1040 engagement letters posting to GFR

We have an issue with accepting e-signed 1040 engagement letters and posting them to GFR.  Is there a way to do them in mass rather than having to accept each one individually?   Sent out our portal organizers the other day and now getting swamped with acceptances.  In FCS we could just post them all to the client "drawer" all at once.  GFR not so easy

Any suggestions?
