Hey everyone — I’m helping out a local CPA firm that uses UltraTax, and I’ve run into a data challenge.
I’d love to export all client organizers/checklists for each client. Ideally, I’m looking for a data file that includes:

Client name
-
Email
-
Phone number
-
Every document or item they submitted last year (for example: “W-2 from Home Depot,” “1099 from Chase,” etc.)
If that kind of structured export isn’t possible, then my backup plan is to export all client organizers as PDFs — but ideally for all clients at once, not one by one.
If anyone has done this before or knows a good workflow, I’d really appreciate any pointers.
