Advanceflow - Trial Balance Calculation issues

Is anyone else experiencing an issue where the Trial Balance is not calculating correctly after entering journal entries?

It appears that the system is ignoring the unadjusted beginning balance and is only reporting the journal entry amount as the report balance (ending balance). This is throwing off all of our financials.

    Yes we are having that same issue. We've tried switching to proposed and back to adjusting, but nothing seems to be working.

    I've been on the phone with support for about 40 minutes this morning and am now on hold while they are looking into it. It sounds like a couple other tickets have been submitted. Hoping they can get a resolution for this soon!

    She added our firm's ticket to the others already submitted and I told her we need a fix ASAP since we can't do our jobs with numbers that aren't accurate! She is going to email me when she has an update on the fix. I can pass along but it probably wouldn't hurt if others submitted a ticket as well so they know it's affecting many. I can update when support emails me. :)

    I saw a couple other posts about this same issue. In case you didn't see, someone noted the only solution they have seen is zeroing the beginning balance, refreshing, and then retyping that balance in, this seems to reset the formula for the ending adjusting balance.

    Katie, we've managed to fix this for now, but the process is very labor-intensive. Do you know if support has said anything else?
