The latest Future of Professionals Report 2026 found that 64% of law firm professionals say AI meets or exceeds expectations when a clear AI strategy is in place, compared to just 29% where there is none. The broader research also found that while 74% of professionals use AI several times a week, many organizations are still struggling to translate AI strategy into day-to-day practice.
As AI becomes embedded in legal work, the gap between having a strategy and successfully executing it may be one of the biggest challenges facing law firms today.
