The latest 3E updates bring improved efficiency to Workspace. In Workspace 5.4.0 (on-premises version only) time entry has become even more effortless with a new Day View that assists in identifying and eliminating missing time. The new Day View delivers a clear view of the entered activities, making it easy for timekeepers to fill in gaps. Additional Workspace improvements include:
- Update Timer Intervals lets users view and change the Start and Stop times for Timers to ensure accurate time recording
- Now you can easily see the remaining balance after a partial payment with a new column in Invoices
- Disable PTA Codes lets users easily skip over codes not required when tabbing through the line item
- The My Dashboard view has been improved to allow users a more flexible layout
Meanwhile, Proforma 7.4.0 (cloud version only) delivers a greater user experience to continue building a robust end-to-end proforma editing process. eBillingHub® Validation messaging now gives users a warning message when they have a conflict with eBillingHub validation in Proforma Details. In addition, proforma owners and editors can now perform a proforma-level spell check.
