Splitting the access error page to 2 separate areas.

Split it into 2 places depending if they are from Pinsent Masons or External

Is it possible for developing the please contact part to 2 options. 

External Users - Send to a certain mailbox for queries

Internal Users - Send to a ticketing system

Can it also be looked at for users to change the text.
