System Group API endpoints -- 403 Access Denied

I'm a system admin in my instance, and noticed that I get a 403 - Access Denied error when trying most of the System Group API endpoints. The only one that I've actually been able to use is the Add system group api/12/groups POST endpoint to create a system group. Everything else I've tried--getting a system group's users, getting a list of system groups, adding a user to a system group--I get the same 403 Access Denied error returned. Is there any way to get these endpoints working?

    Hi Peter,

    We have tried those endpoints from our side, and it is working fine.

    Additionally, please provide the details for the following:

    • Is the system admin user created newly?
    • Were there any changes to access levels for Admin roles?
    • Can you provide the exact API endpoints you tested that returned 403?
    • Can another system admin reproduce the same 403 errors using their own credentials?
    • Please provide the full response payload for the error response 403(please check any PII information before sharing), not just the HTTP status.
