PDF Editing Limitations in HighQ

We would like to raise a product feedback item, regarding a significant usability limitation when working with PDF documents in HighQ.
Currently, when users open a PDF stored in HighQ, it is not possible to add comments or make edits directly within the platform without first downloading the document. As a result, users are forced to:
  1. Download the PDF locally.
  2. Make their edits or comments offline.
  3. Upload it again as a new version, which often breaks the link with the original document.
This workflow is time-consuming and confusing for users who frequently review, annotate, or fill out PDF forms. They believe that editing and commenting capabilities should be available directly in HighQ, similar to how Word documents can be opened, edited, and saved seamlessly without losing version control.

Thank you for your assistance with this matter. Looking forward to your guidance.
