SSL Certificate: Incorrect order, Extra certs, Contains anchor

Anyone has encountered this issue with SSL Certificate?  When we check on SSL lab we are seeing a wrong sequence.

SSL Server Test: onesource-idt-det-uat-ws.hostedtax.thomsonreuters.com (Powered by Qualys SSL Labs)

Our SAP PO is giving this error.
