Indirect Tax Calc 2020 SOAP API Documentation

Hello,

I have a PDF with documentation named the "Programmer Guide" for the 2011 indirect tax calculation endpoint that I got from the customer center at some point. I can't find an updated version for the 2020 API. It doesn't appear to be on the new developer center either. I can find the possible elements from the WSDL, but I'd like to get some descriptive information.

Where can I find an updated programmer guide for the indirect tax determination SOAP API?
