Datawarehouse-api

Hi,

I am trying to use the datawarehouse-api with the following Get in Postman:  api.thomsonreuters.co.uk/legal-tracker/datawarehouse-api/odata/v1/InvoiceLines?$top=5&$count=true&$filter=LineItemDate gt 2020-02-01&$orderby=LineItemDate

and am getting this error:  

    <H1>403 ERROR</H1>
    <H2>The request could not be satisfied.</H2>
    <HR noshade size="1px">
    Bad request.
    We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a
    configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner.

Does anyone have an idea of why this is happening?
