- Start Time: December 3, 2024, 5:30 PM EST (Tuesday evening)
- Expected Completion: December 4, 2024, 09:00 AM EST (Wednesday morning)
- Platform Availability: The community platform will be unavailable from the start of the upgrade until completion
- Contingency: All day Wednesday, December 3, 2024, is reserved for additional work if needed
This upgrade focuses on enhancing our backend infrastructure to:
- Address important security issues
- Potentially improve overall platform performance
While you may not notice immediate visual changes, this update is crucial for the platform's security and efficiency.
Important Notes:
- The community platform will be inaccessible during the upgrade period
- Thomson Reuters products are not affected by this maintenance
- We aim to complete the upgrade by Tuesday evening, but have allocated Wednesday as a contingency day if needed
