Answering security questions

Hello,

I'm having trouble in signing in with my ResearcherID/e-mail address. I forgot the password and try to reset it but the procedure involves answering a security question by following a link sent to my e-mail address. I don't remember if I have recorded an answer for that, and I'm in loop, receiving e-mails that keep asking me the same question, which I cannot answer. Any hints how I can reset my password?

If you are having problems with the password reset process and your security question, please submit a ticket to Technical Support at http://ip-science.thomsonreuters.com/techsupport/ .

 

We can reset your password on our end. Then once you can sign in to your account, you can use the "Password" tab under "Manage Profile" to update both your password and the security question.
