ResearcherID badge not rendering

On this page:

 

http://www.star.nesdis.noaa.gov/star/Kuligowski_B.php

 

The embedded ResearcherID badge is not rendering. The code shows that it is there, and it was visible yesterday, but today, poof ! -- it's gone.

 

Any idea what would cause this? I could see it yesterday, but I cannot see it today.

 

Does it matter that I'm viewing it from home and not from my desk at work?

Update -- The badge doesn't render at work either. Using Firefox 3.6.3 on a PC.

 

Also doesn't render on IE7 for Windows.
