Citations is not carried over from ISI to ResearcherID

I have recently added two papers to ResearcherID from ISI. These papers was not indexed in ISI before, so I was very happy that they finally are. But for some reason, the citations to these papers do not show up in ResearcherID:

Title: [New knowledge derived from measurement of gene expression with the DNA microarray method].

Title: Predicting gene function from gene expressions and ontologies.
Author(s): Hvidsten, T R; Komorowski, J; Sandvik, A K; et al.
Source: Pacific Symposium on Biocomputing. Pacific Symposium on Biocomputing Pages: 299-310 Published: 2001

In ISI the last paper is cited 30 times.

Re: Citations is not carried over from ISI to ResearcherID

I am glad your articles finally appear in Web of Science Core Collection. Articles previously added to ResearcherID from other sources will not automatically be linked when they become available in Web of Science. However, you can tell ResearcherID to do this by using the “Update using Web of Science” button. Simply go to “Manage” your list, select the specific records, then click the orange “Update using Web of Science” button. This will refresh your list so the records are linked and displaying citation data from Web of Science.

If you get a message saying no match was found, you may need to edit the records in Endnote, as sometimes data from the source you added the articles from, such as PubMed, is in the record and is preventing a match. For more instructions on this, please see our Knowledgebase article below.

http://wokinfo.com/kb/110541 - Update using Web of Science

http://wokinfo.com/kb/112045 - Linking articles added from PubMed

Or go to our Knowledgebase at http://ip-science.thomsonreuters.com/support/  and enter the document number into the search box.

I hope this helps. If you need additional assistance, please enter a case ticket at our Technical Support site.

Re: Citations is not carried over from ISI to ResearcherID

Thanks for the answer, but this is not the problem. I have added the two papers to my ResearchID list using Add->Option 1, and they show in the list (last two papers): see A-3409-2009

But there is no citations carried over. The paper with 30 citations in ISI looks like this in ResearchID:

Title: Predicting gene function from gene expressions and ontologies.
Author(s): Hvidsten, T R; Komorowski, J; Sandvik, A K; et al.
Source: Pacific Symposium on Biocomputing. Pacific Symposium on Biocomputing Pages: 299-310 Published: 2001

There is no "Times Cited: 30" as it should be.
