Has anyone produced an output style consistent with the requirements of the Medical Journal of Australia? As I have a very heavily referenced document for submission, I would be very grateful for any help.
If you go to http://www.icmje.org/references_1print.html you can see examples of references in this format. This closely follows the Vancouver style, which is included with EndNote.
