Re: How can i get the style of this journal?

so I looked it up.

http://pleiades.online/journals/a/appbio/eng/guid.pdf

I found the instructions to be unclear.  They state they should be listed "in order of appearance" but they aren't numbered in the examples?  So I looked an example of an article and they are numbered in square brackets in order of appearance.  And in addition, the titles and some other fields appear to be italics.  I adapted the JBC style I had with no titles.  It is attached.  To achieve the journal abbreviations, you should follow the instructions in this knowledgebase article for your libraries.  http://endnote.com/kb/82228

In print examples:

journal:

Hardoim, P.R., van Overbeek, L.S., Berg, G., Pirttila, A.M., Compant, S., Campisano, A., Doring, M., and Sessitsch, A., Microbiol. Mol. Biol. Rev., 2015, vol. 79, no. 3, pp. 293–320.

chapter in book:

Hallmann, J., Plant Interaction with Endophytic Bacteria, Eds. M.J._Jeger, N.J. Spence. Wallingford, United Kingdom: CABI Publishing, 2001, pp. 87–119.

Original PDF instructions (my emphasis):

8. References should be formatted as indicated below. The list is typed on separate pages in order of
appearance in the text. All authors of each cited paper are indicated.

Books:
Holl, F., and Jackson, Y. Kinetic Characterization of Enzymatic Hydrolysis, Smally O., Ed., New York: Academic, 2002.

Journal articles:
First, D.R., Second, A.D., and Third, S.G., J. Non-Cryst. Solids, 1988, vol. 100, no. 1/3, pp. 174–193.

All journals listed in the Chemical Abstracts Service Source Index (CASSI) should be abbreviated as
they appear there.

Collections of articles:
Mikhailova, S.l., Klimovich, L.S., Zenevich, L.A., and Kabashnikova, L.F., Regulation of Growth, Development, and Productivity of Plants, Proc. Int. Conf., Minsk: Uradzhai, 2001, pp. 130–133.

Patents: US Patent 5 891 174, 2000.

Inventor’s certificates:
USSR Inventor’s Certificate no. 1892872, Byul.
Izobr., 1993, no. 23, p. 20.

References to web resources are to be given in text. There should be no references to publications that are not readily available. These include institutional regulations, standards, technical requirements, etc.;

citing of unpublished works, abstracts of presentations is not allowed.

Re: How can i get the style of this journal?

You might try the style AIAA Style Guide you can download the file from

http://endnote.com/styles/AIAA%20Style%20Guide.ens

You can use these steps to add the style to EndNote:

  • Double-click the style file.  It should open in EndNote.
  • In EndNote, go to “File Menu” and choose “Save As”.  Replace the word “copy” with your style’s name and click “Save”.
  • Click on “File Menu” and choose “Close Style”.

If you need to make additional changes see the Style Guide on our website:

 http://endnote.com/kb/131728

You can also request the creation of a style on our website these requests can take a few months to be processed.
